Any application ,upon written request signed by the applicant or his attorney,may be dismissed prior to a determination granting or denying the authorization requested.

在作出同意或是否认申请授权的决定之前，申请人或是其律师可以通过签名的书面请求取消申请。

任何申请书（申请人自己或者他的代理人签了名），都允许在官方作出批准或否决的决定之前撤消。
