UC知道不知道是系统还是木马的问题？

一开机瑞星就查出两个问题，清除掉后我重启又出现，又再清了一次，上了会网发现CPU达到100%。怀疑中木马所以我想在安全模式下杀一遍毒，结果在进入安全模式的时候蓝屏，出现了下面的英文：

建议格式化C盘，然后重新分区，如果不行就是硬盘问题！
先找个木马专杀看看能杀掉不能``
不行就手动杀毒`找到那个文件
再看看硬盘有没有什么问题``
