摘 要：
在经过不同阶段的经济体制改革以后，国有企业产权单一的状况有了明显的改变，多元产权结构初步形成并起到积极的作用。但是，目前国有企业产权结构不合理问题仍比较突出，建立一个合理的产权结构仍是当前国有企业改革的重要任务。本文主要从当前国企产权多元化的问题及解决途径这两个方面进行探讨。
