Set up standard for R&E of CICC- utility area, pantry, reception area, meeting room, function area (copy room, storage room), infrastructure requirements(electrical service & mechanical service);
Leasing management-review cost structure and market conditions, negotiate with landlord
New office’s handover- standardize handover guidelin

工作 Descript_ion:
驾驶中华文化中心 FM 维修组件-FM 支援外包的组件装备,维修范围而且维修同高的定义, FM 支援外包的 RFP 起草, FM 厂商竞标;
驾驶 FM 方向- FM Org。 装备、 FM 目标设定和检讨, 策略的计划操作检讨和稽核- 检讨的格式装备、一般的检讨会议 (不同的同高/ 内在 &外部的), 一般的操作报告;(不同的水平/藉着服务范围)
厂商管理- 驾驶主要厂商竞标, 一般的厂商检讨 (操作/费用);
指引/格式/型板装备-FM 缩短格式,表现检讨格式;为中华文化中心 的 R&E 建立标准- 实效区域、餐具室、接待区域、会议房间、功能区域 (副本房间, 储藏房间), 系统内各部分需求 (电的服务和机械的服务); 杠杆式投机有效的资源实现移交、缺点稽核,计画检讨会议;
办公室移动- 装备移动指引 (标准化移动程序, 装备型板/格式, 服务水平, 等等。), 实现感人又感人的稽核;
空间计划- 装备指引为设计和空间任务，计划的空间用工具工作管理,空间稽查;
租赁管理-检讨的费用构成，而且市场情况, 和房东商议
新的办公室的移交- 标准化移交指引，装备移交格式/型板/形式,核心资格:
二等兵或公立企业设备管理或 R&E 管理 (包括计画经理经验) 的十年经验, 在管理相似范围的计画的商业的部门中的重要经验;
五年经验和建筑学的知识, 电子、机械, 遥感勘测;
流利的在写而且讲英语;
流利的在写而且讲官吏;
有关的教育背景,(建筑学的程度).
