UC知道怎么我的宽带连接连不上了，高手进来帮忙看看。

可是现在连不上了 密码和用户名都是对的 ，用星空极速这个软件能连上网络，但是用宽带链接的话就提示错误619，高手帮忙看看怎么回事？
密码我可以保证没错 用星空极速的的时候输的同样的密码能登录的
