一、Worth为表语形容词，后面可接宾语，其主要用法如下：

1、意为“值得”:

Her words are worth notice.她的话值得注意。
A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush。多得不如少得，
The research work is worth it.在这项研究工作上花精力是值得的。

2、意为“可值若干”:

This precision instrument is worth 10,000yuan，这台精密仪器值一万元。
