又由于人体的导电性能,心脏的电位变化能够传到身体表面,因此在人体表面适当位置放置电极就可以记录心脏活动的电位变化。心电图就是通过在体表放置电极记录下来的心脏活动过程的电位变化图形。
心电图能反映出兴奋在心脏内传播的过程及心脏的机能状态。如果心脏的传导系统发生障碍或某部分心肌发生病变,则心电图的波形将发生变化。因此心电图对某些心脏病特别是心律失常、心肌梗塞等的诊断有很大的价值,它是目前诊断心脏病的重要方法之一。但是由体表电极检测到的ECG信号具有较强的随机性和背景噪声,频带宽0.01-100Hz。其含有多种不同类型的干扰,主要有工频干扰(50Hz)、基线漂移(0.7Hz以下)、肌电干扰。而心电仪器某部分的故障也会导致心电图的失真。因此本文主要以心电图机为例,将其各部分可能导致的心电图失真进行探讨,最后研究出怎样设计才可以减少和避免失真的方案。
