Major force
Should any circumstances arise which prevent the complete or partial fulfillment by nay of the parties of their respective obligations under the contract, namely: fire, natural calamities, war, embargo, blockades, strikes, prohibitions of export or import or any other circumstances beyond the control of the parties, the time stipulated for fulfillment of the obligation shall be extended for a period equal to the time such circumstances remain in force.
