英语中用比较级一点要记得比的对象。这个原句中主语是“他的建议”，也就是说对应的比较对象也应该是“建议”。A是说他哥/弟，没有可比性。除非改成his brother's，意为他哥的建议；D也是一个道理。
现在就来看B和C了。B的意思是说比原来的建议好，但表述有问题。这样的话正确表述就应该是“his new suggestion is surely more realistic than the old one.”
而C呢，其实就是his brother's suggestion的另一种表述，that 指代suggestion.所以呢，显然就只能选C咯。
