摘 要
本论文首先引出外资企业进行本土化经营的重要意义,每一种文化都有其存在的优点,
也都有其相应的管理方式适合它,所以对于一种管理方式,既不能简单肯定它,也不能
简单的否定它,而应当看它是否和特定的文化相适应,韩国的管理模式虽然曾经创造过
奇迹,但并不能说它在中国就是完全合适的,它应当与中国特殊的文化结合起来。然后
指出企业文化本土化是外资企业本土化经营成功的关键,进一步从企业文化的作用、中
韩民族文化特征异同等方面具体展开,分析韩国企业在中国本土化过程中,可能遇到的
问题。两国因为不同的深层民族文化及政治背景造成不同的工作方式及价值观;在本土
化过程中会因为文化差异而产生文化冲突,针对这些,跨国公司必须提出相应的解决方
案及建议,比如应该加强对东道主国政治、经济、法律,尤其是东道主国社会文化环境
,如价值观、生活方式、人际交流方式、方法的了解。在论证的过程中本文会举出相关
的案例进行说明。

Abstract:This thesis first demonstrates the importance of the localized operation of full foreign-owned enterprises. Each culture has its own advantage, with a special supervisor mode adapted to it. In this case, concerning one supervisor mode, we can neither simply accept it , nor simply negate it, but check if it adjusts to the special culture. Although the Korean management pattern once worked wonders, we can't say it totally match the Chinese market, for the former should be combined with the latter. Then, this paper points that the localized operation of full foreign-owned enterprises is the key to success. Furthermore, the text concretely discuss about the effect of corporate culture, similarities and differences between Korean and Chinese cultural feature and other aspects, and analyzes problems Korean enterprise may come across during the process of localization in China.
