In our country, we should beserve poblic order. Now, people often use mobile phone. If you want to talk on mobile phone ata meeting,you should go out to talk. If you are with friends, you should keep your voice down. If you go to hospital,you should turn off the mobile phone, because hospital need to quiet. Talking loudly on mobile phone,if someone talk loudly on mobile phone.you can say, would you mind keeping down your voice down?

的确要改一下,好多单词都还认识,poblic?public,because hospital need to quiet.不能用BECAUSE ,这个原因太明显了,用AS 好,as patients needs a quiet enviroment,这样好点
