根据第51/07-HDSSC号合同，贵公司交给我公司一批结晶钢管，目前，该批钢管的状况如下：
该批钢管使用时间不长的原因是：在铸钢管时，不幸被爆流，因此结晶管内表有斑孔，尺寸大小不一样，斑孔直径约10mm，深度约1.5mm~2.0mm；有斑孔的结晶管不能再使用。以前，钢管的使用时间较长，在爆流时，造成裂痕的走向是顺着钢管的长度，所以仍可以使用，直到裂痕过多九才淘汰。
鉴于上述钢管的状况，我公司同志给贵公司知道并要求贵公司及时提出解决方案。
