关于提单背书问题:作为相应的发货方，如果在运单上的CONSIGNEE里写明我公司的名称，则发货方可不背书。如果发货方在CONSIGNEE里打的是TO ORDER字样，则需要对提单进行背书.若CONSIGNEE里打的是TO ORDER字样，发货方也可不背书，但这样我公司必须同时取得三份正本提单，都盖上我公司的收货背书章才能提货。 谢谢.

As for bill of lading endorsement problem:is homologous hair goods square, if write the name of clear my company in CONSIGNEE in carrying a list, then deliver goods a square can not endorsement.If hair goods square what to beat is the certain context of TO ORDER in the CONSIGNEE, then needing to carry on endorsement to the bill of lading.If what to beat is the certain context of TO ORDER in CONSIGNEE, delivering goods a square can also not endorsement, but so my company have to obtain three original bill of ladings in the meantime, all covering my company to accept goods endorsement a chapter then can lift goods.
