摘要 本文以双主型教学理论为基础对动画设计和开发策略的构成要素进行分析，分析了三个方面的重要影响因素，总结出设计和开发高校网络课程建设中动画设计和开发的一些策略，利用这些策略可以指导今后网络课程的制作工作，使学生能够更好地对课程内容进行理解。并重点对动画设计和开发过程中的选用动画的原则、动画场景取材方法、交互型动画开发策略、教学内容动画表现策略四个方面进行研究。
