WHILE 表示当。。。的时候
正常都是看电视的时候听到的枪响
哪有听枪响的时候在看电视的

应该是都对的. 只不过是一个从句在前 一个在后. 在前的强调一下时间而已.

证人陈述说,在看6点的新闻的时候,他听到了枪声.
最好先说while.....,然后.........
