玩游戏时候出现 闪屏 有时候甚至蓝屏 卡死是怎么回事

CPU:AMD 3200+ (939)
显卡：XFX 7300 GT 128bit/MB(DDR 3)
主板:ASUS A8N5X 黄金板
内存：金邦 DDR400 512MB x 2
显示器：三星788 DF
去年8月份装的机器了，机器刚装好的时候，玩魔兽世界和其他主流游戏都未曾出现过任何问题，今年大概4月多开始玩魔兽世界的时候开始偶尔出现闪屏现象，尝试了一下 ALT+ TAB 可以暂时解决问题，之后 闪屏现象越来越频繁，有时候甚至是蓝屏 或者是 玩着玩着 游戏 画面定住 卡死
现在 一打开游戏 闪屏也是特别的频繁，但是只要不玩游戏 显示的都非常正常，不会出现闪屏 花屏现象，这是怎么回事啊，求高手解~~~~~

蓝屏时候的ERRORS 提示 附上：
