本文从房地产地亚评估的意义入手，首先介绍了房地产抵押评估的重要意义，然后又提出房地产抵押评估存在的风险及防范措施、存在的问题，最后又说明应该采取哪些措施来规范我国的房地产抵押评估业务，使之逐步的走向正规。
