摘 要: 在互联网应用日益普及的今天,无纸化网络办公是目前企事业单位提高办公效率和机构精简改革的一个要求。采用无纸化网络办公不仅可以实现资源共享,提高办公效率,而且使工作人员的办公更加轻松自如,同时也减少了不必要的开支。无纸化网络办公系统越来越多地进入各级单位的日常工作中,系统开发主要包括前台界面的设计和后台数据库的管理。
经过详细的分析和调查,本设计采用ASP作为开发工具,后台数据库采用Access数据库设计,利用ADO数据库访问技术实现对数据库的各种管理操作,实现了网络办公的基本功能及管理功能。设计过程中,首先建立了系统的应用原型,然后在此基础上进行需求迭代,详细设计时不断修正和完善,经过测试阶段的反复调试和验证,最终形成达到设计要求的可行系统。
