Through newspaper I learn that the Ministry of labor and cosocial security is lauaching a five-point program to raise employee income.It has been welcome by me and many other people.But experience worry the salary incrise wound weaten China’s international competitiveness.I think the worry is unnecessary.Wokers’salaries should retain a proper ratio with economic growth..The economy will be hurt by increased labor costs if the ratio is too high while consumption will suffer if salaries are too low.As we know salaries in China have been relatively low for a long time.For example, When my mother's sister and the uncle marries, took the middle school teachers the uncle, his wages only has 800 Yuan. After nine years, his wages has not surpassed 1,500 Yuan. The time in vicissitude, the economy is developing, but people's wage level very was still low.
