4. 不同从教对象类型的教师工作满意度差别不明显。在工作回报、同事关系和进修提升层面没有显著区别；在工作本身、自我实现和学生各层面及总体工作满意方面，高考班的教师工作满意度较高。
5. 不同职称的教师工作满意度不同。中教三级或未评职称的教师工作满意度最高；中教高级教师在各个层面和总体满意方面都明显低于其他职称的教师工作满意度。
针对上述结论，研究者提出了进一步提升领导管理水平、增加教师培训与进修机会、增加教师工作回报等激励措施，意在提高县域中职学校教师工作满意度，同时也为学校领导与当地教育行政部门提出相应的改进意见，提供对策方法。
