我的系统出问题了,请高手帮忙!(急!!在线等答案)

我刚才打开一个网页的时候突然出现异常(不是那种网页).我就重启,但是重启之后发现问题了:一,卡巴斯基和360安全卫士打不开了(其他的应用软件还不知道),估计是中毒了,但是现在杀毒都没有办法杀!二,安全模式进不去,点进去之后就是蓝屏.请问除了重装系统之外还有没有别的办法?急啊!!!!
具体怎么做?请指教!!!
选择最后一次正确配置也试过了,还是不行
