我们会将收到的所有定金放入我们的客户账户，收益归贵司。除非贵司给我们特别的提示，我们可自行决定是否把该款项放入有息账户。我们有权将贵司在我们客户账户中的款项及其利息用来抵扣向我们支付的律师费和杂费。但是，除非我们已向贵司发出帐单并向我们知道的贵司最新地址书面通知我们的抵扣要求，否则我们不会对我们的律师费和杂费进行抵扣。
为进行抵扣，我们有权提取放在有息账户的贵司定金，无论定金是否到期，也无论提前支取是否要承担罚金。
