本课题是针对五菱微型汽车前挡泥轮窝冲压成型机设计,主要是针对液压成形因具有制模简单周期短、成本低而产品质量好、形状尺寸精度高等优点越来越受到冲压方面加工的欢迎。我们还对前挡泥轮窝进行一整套的模具设计。在本课题中,我相主要做了以下内容。
第一部分是液压机上横梁、活动横梁、工作台的设计,文中阐述了现阶段国内外所采用的液压机机身的制造方法,对之进行比较得出相关的设计方案,包含铸造方法的确定,形状尺寸的确定,结构形式的选择。
第二部分是液压机机身各个主要零部件的计算与较核,其中包含有上横梁的计算与较核,活动横梁、工作台的验证。以及导柱和导套的数据分析等相关内容。
第三部分是机身紧固部分,本文运用三维PRO/E软件对整个装配过程进行了三维设计,干涉检查,从而对所设计机构可行性进行了进一步验证。

The second part is the calculation th
