摘要：自二十世纪八十年代末以来，以美国为代表的西方主要发达国家展开了关于公司法修改的大讨论，主要围绕公司股东及利益相关者的问题，由此引出公司的社会责任的基本问题。本文主要把公司的社会责任作为一种新理念来引入到我国公司法的修改中，从而来强化公司的社会责任，并针对我国公司法对公司社会责任规定的不足之处提出了几点完善的建议。

Since the end of last century,the United Stated ,to be the repersentation of mostly west develped country had a heated discussion about amending the laws of companies.This discussion is base on the dormantartners and for the people who has the same profit of company ,in this way the social responsibilities of a company to be the most basic question. The social responsibilities of a company will be showed as a new concept in this text, We hope this text will help us to strengthen our companies' social responsibilities. And give us some suggestions on how to amend our companies' law.
