摘 要
20世纪，随着计算机科学的发展，数据库技术在Internet 中的应用越来越广泛，为广大网络用户提供了更加周到和人性化的服务。
网上花店管理系统是将传统的花店经营管理模式结合计算机及网络管理的综合经营管理的模式。将人、机、物的需求，活动和运作进行系统分析、设计并管理，以实现现代高效、科学且安全的电子商务。系统设计时，从传统花店的经营模式，网上用户需求与业务经营模式，计算机网络管理、系统设计等几方面综合分析，定义系统的输入、输出、实现功能、系统运作能力、系统安全性、系统可维护性等各项要求。
本设计应用了网页设计工具Macromedia Dreamweaver8.01, 数据库SQL sever 2000, 动态网页开发工具ASP，来对数据库设计，密码，身份验证等技术进行系统的设计与开发。体统特点：实现用户足不出户进行商品查询，购买，租借和经验交流等活动；提供最新商品介绍、价格及购花养花字典；方便快捷的后台商品维护、统计报表和用户定单管理。用户可操作性：标准统一的用户界面；方便快捷的数据查询、交互式信息渠道；安全可靠的用户档案、定单信息跟踪与管理。管理效率和成本：用户群的扩大和简单管理；人员和场地租用费用的控制；统计和查询效率的提高；供货方式的简化及成本控制。
本文详细介绍了制作此系统的全部过成，其中的不足之处请老师加以补充和指导。
