UC知道ping 不了是什么原因，我对这一点不懂

我PING 其他IP，网址都是Request timed out
网通给的IP也可以PING，不过和192.168.0.1下面一样，
PING不了其它IP是什么原因机器硬件，软件，还是网通原因
ping www.baidu.com也不行，ping自己的和192.168.0.1下面一样，我是WIN2000系统，192.168.0.1是自己的，我是2个机器的区域网,会不会是少协议了，还是那里关了，我上网正常,没放火墙

1.1 ipconfig:显示网卡的简单配置。

若出现如下信息，则表示获上IP,线路完全畅通：
