有问题，这里的who 应该去掉。

我的观点：
I'm sure that someone in your class is feel lonely, too.

应该去掉WHO 不然句子就没有谓语了

是有问题
I'm sure that someone in your class feels lonely, too
或者I'm sure that someone in your class is feeling lonely, too
