摘要

随着我国市场经济的不断发展和完善,同行业企业之间的竞争日益激烈。我国已经加入了WTO,国外企业纷纷来华投资,在此大背景下,企业的生存、发展压力不断增大,在众多企业中脱颖而出,保持良好的发展势头是所有企业努力的方向。在企业发展、壮大的过程中企业人才起了重要的作用,其中企业中层管理人员负责着企业的日常运作和高层决策的具体实施,所以他们所起的作用更为基础也更为重要。在现实社会中大部分企业有中层管理人才离职的现象,他们的大量离职造成企业的发展缓慢、停止不前,甚至破产,所以怎么样更好的留住企业中层管理人才使企业发展、壮大是所有企业面临的重大问题,因此我们有必要对此给予研究。在此,运用自己在大学所学的知识和理论,从精神和物质两方面进行研究,对如何建立和运用一种有效的机制留住企业中层管理人才提出一些意见和建议。
