[摘要] TBT是双刃剑，它既可以为我们服务，也可以为他人所用。由于经济和技术水平方面的差距，我国面对世界各国的技术性贸易壁垒处于极其不利的地位。在出口方面遇到的技术性贸易壁垒越来越多，已经从针对产品本身的性能，质量标准发展到产品生产，包装，运输的全过程。有的是普遍性的，有的是针对特定产品刻意设计的。制约了我国对外贸易的发展，使得技术性贸易壁垒对我国的影响越来越大，对国内经济造成直接冲击。本文分析了TBT对我国贸易的影响，在总结各利益主体的观点的基础上，阐述了自己的观点，并提出了相应的建议和对策。

Abstract:TBT is a sword of two blades since it can help us and make good use by human beings.Because of the gap between economics and technological level,china are facing a very serious situation in front of the technological barriers from different countries of the world. the technological barriers in the aspect of export are increasing year by year and has developed from the good itself to the production, the package and transportation .some of these barriers are common to the whole while some of these are designed to the specific merchadise.this has become the bottle-neck to the development of chinese economy. in this paper the author analyse the effect of TBT to the trade of china and in the basis of generalizing different interest of the society, put forward the author's point and some suggestions and settling methods.
