本课题设计的题目是灭火器缸体的复合模结构及冲压机的选用设计分析。灭火器缸体是灭火器的重要部分,设计灭火器缸体要考虑的许多方面。要完成一个灭火器缸体的加工,要经过冲孔、落料和拉深三个步骤。而复合模能在一个工作行程内就能完成二道以上的工序,不但能提高生产效率而且还能提高经济效益,故设计采用复合模。工作时,落料和第一次拉深采用复合模同时完成,再由单工序冲孔模完成冲孔这道工序。设计的内容包括拉深模设计,冲孔、落料模设计等等。
本设计采用的冲压机工作原理与曲柄压力机的工作原理相同,就是把原先的旋转运动转变为往复直线运动。电动机作为工作机构的动力源。首先电动机通过大、小带轮把动力传到飞轮轴,再通过飞轮轴和曲轴上的齿轮传到曲轴,然后通过曲柄连杆机构带动滑块上下直线运动。而模具的上模固定在滑块的下平面上,从而模具也作上下直线运动。压力机设计的主要内容有:冲裁力的计算、曲柄滑块机构的运动分析和受力分析、电动机规格的选取、带传动的设计、齿轮设计、飞轮轴设计、曲轴设计、键连接设计、轴承设计、连杆设计和导轨设计。
