回到家后，我给妈妈看了我新买的衣服，她发现衣服的领子又一处破了钢丝露出来了。我有点生气因为还要去西单换一件。于是第二天我又去那家商店，服务员解释说不是衣服的质量问题，是衣服领子打磨过头了．于是我又挑了一件我仔细的参看了衣服的领子发现没有问题，服务员对我说以后买衣服一定要看好了再拿走，省得还得来换．听到这句话我觉得不太高兴，好象她的衣服有问题是我自己没挑好．
回到家后，妈妈又看了看我的衣服，她发现衣服的两条袖口的颜色不一样，我发现有个袖子颜口颜色深，一个袖口颜色浅，可能是上色的时候没印好．我非常生气，第三天我又去了，服务员对我说，不是衣服的质量问题，是衣服设计的就那样，可是我看了看别的衣服袖子都是一样的颜色，显然她是在狡辩，他们说现在店里大号的衣服没有了，要去别的店里拿，让我等三个小时，我对服务员说．我是因为信任你们的牌子才买你们的衣服，可是我却因为衣服的质量问题来两回换，现在还让我等，你们还狡辩，我不想要了．于是我要求退货，服务员的态度也不好．
