dell笔记本系统重新安装的问题

把原来的vista系统变为xp系统后,驱动也安装完事,重新启动,经常出现如下提示
windows could not start because of an error in the software
please report this problem as:
loader error 3
please contact your support person to report this problem
现在连系统都进不去了,各位大侠这是怎么回事呀?

现在一些出厂预装Vista系统的电脑，（最近尤其是迅驰4代）是不允许安装除Vista以外的的系统的，比如XP，2000。目前最长用的方法的重写主板BIOS，但是有一定危险性。
