近几年来，社会生活节奏日益加快，人们生活水平的不断提高，房地产行业也随之进一步火热，同时也随之不断地发展。为了更好地服务于广大乘客，各大软件公司先后搭建了各类信息管理系统，诸如叫天下统一系统，客服系统等，逐渐形成了数字化售房的管理概念。即以网络化管理为基本模式，信息文化改变着人们教育、工作方式和思想观念。从而根本上实现了服务于广大购房者，提高房地产公司各项工作的安全性和质量，为房地产公司创造经济效益。
