should cars be baned from cities,towns and villages center?

小汽车是否应该在城市，村镇，乡下被禁止？
Cars should be banned in villages because cars are less useful in villages than trucks.
But in the downtown people need cars to communicate,if cars are banned in cities or some towns,things will become too unconvenient.

Because too many cars will bring traffic problems,and cause traffic accidents,traffic jams.
