一般appreciate表感激用成及物动词
I appreciate your reply.

Thank you for answering my question. 可以

较常用Thank you for your reply.

Thank you for answing my question ！或者It's nice of you to answer my question!

第二种说法就可以了。第一句不好。(可改：I am appreciated that you answered my question.）

第一句应该 I appreciate you answered my question
第二句没问题

I appreciate your answer,更好一些，第二个用的很好。
