NET指各种各样的网络，WEB一般表示Internet网络，也就是国际互联网。我们浏览器输入的网址一般都是www开头,就是World Wide Web的缩写.

net 是internet的一级组织域名：
net： Network operations and service centers，网络服务商

web就是指全球网络。

前者是网络的意思,后者应该是网站,网址的意思
