怎么给自己的网站在百度搜索中出现？

我做了一个公司网站，想用免费的方法让我的网站在百度搜索结果中出现！
朋友说在网站代码中加些代码就好了，但是具体怎么加？在哪加？加什么？
或者还有其他的方法吗？

写好标题，关于网站描述和关键字慎用，被百度认为是作弊就麻烦了。
