转炉倾动交流变频器调速控制系统
摘 要
本设计介绍80t转炉自动化控制系统的设计情况。本系统实现转炉在出钢水、出钢渣及冶炼过程的自动控制。操作人员通过主操作台、炉前操作台、炉后操作台实现对转炉的控制，能使炉体正反旋转360度，并克服正力矩，在启动、旋转、制动时能保持平稳。控制系统由Siemens（西门子）公司的6SE70系列变频器，S7-400 PLC和WINCC组态软件构成。6ES70系列变频器实现对倾动电动机的变频控制，WINCC作为上位机组态软件，提供系统的监视管理，实时操作，统计报表，报警和控制的功能。S7-400 PLC为本系统控制的核心，实现转炉生产过程中的自动控制。

Summary
The design introduces the circs of 80t tilting convertor automatic control system.The system achieves the automatic control in tapping process of tilting convertor.The operators through the main console, front-furnace or back-furnace control the convertor, to make it circumrotate 360 degrees deasil or widdershins, and overcome positive moment, keep stable during starting, circumrotating and braking. The control system is composed by 6SE70 series convertors, S7400 PLC and WINCC(HMI software) of Siemens company. 6RA70 series convertor frequency controls tilting motor, WinCC, as a PC HMI software, achieves monitoring, managing, real-time operating, forms statistic, alarming and control functions. S7-400, the system's core, achieve the automatic control in convertor conduction manufacturing process.
