by then－－－到那时．is finished 已经是被完成的状态了．才可以跟妈妈出去．如果到那时作业还是will be finished －－将要被完成，证明到明天了，可你还没有完成作业呢，那样妈妈是不能带你出去玩的．这问题明白了吗？
