绑定
MAC和IP绑定是在路由器里设置的,也就是你的网关192.168.7.254 这台机器上面设置.
手工绑就只能采取固定IP的方式,因为路由器可能是DHCP自动获取IP的,所以你即使在电脑上绑定了IP地址,也许它也会被之前开机的用户抢占
