[摘要]：班干部选拔与培养是班主任工作的一项重要内容。优秀班集体建设的首要条件是要有一支团结高效的班干部队伍，班级建设中班干部的选拔要科学性与民主性相结合；目前学校班级建设中学生干部的选拔与培养没有与素质教育结合起来，体现了教师急功近利的短视行为。培育和完善学校班级建设中学生干部的选拔与培养的对策是以培养优秀班风为目标，从加强班干部队伍的主人翁精神、有效沟通、团结协作等方面着手提高班干部队伍的组织管理协调能力，加强民主监督，营造一个团结友爱，互相帮助，尊师守纪的良好班集体。建设一个有共同奋斗目标、积极向上、团结友爱的既充满竞争又处处体现合作的高素质的班干部队伍，是每个班主任的不懈追求。现代教育理论告诉我们，要组织一个成功的班级，班主任首先要选择一些品学兼优、责任心强、身体健康、乐意为同学服务的学生担任班干部，并根据他们性格、能力的差异，安排相应的工作，尽心地进行培养和教育，使之成为同学的榜样，带动其他同学不断进取。

众所周知，一个班级的班风好坏，直接影响着班级全体同学的精神面貌、学习风气、道德品质、组织纪律团结友爱和生活环境等诸多方面，进而直接影响到全班同学综合素质的提高。然而，班风建设的好坏主要取决于班干部集体的表现能否胜任班级工作，因此学生干部的选拔与培养是学校班级建设中的头等大事。
Abstract : the selection and training of students cadres is an important task of Teacher .The most important thing to construct an outstanding Class is to establish an efficient unity of classe' cadres. It is suggests that the selection of cadres should combine the sense of science with democracy; At present, it could be seen that the selection and training of students cadres haven't combined to Quality Education in school's class construction ,it embodies the teachers' rash and short-sighted behavior. The aim of this system is to establish an excellent wind class with strengthening classes from the contingent of cadres ownership, effective communication, solidarity and cooperation, and other aspects to improve the contingent of cadres classes in the organization and management coordination capacity, so that a strengthening democratic supervision, creating unity,well friendship, mutual help, respecting teachers, observing the collective class could be seen .
