路桥建设的不断发展,要求配套的起重机械能够满足其工作要求,不但要求能实现最基本的起重搬运要求,而且现代建设工作越来越要求其便捷性,经济型、环保性。为适应大型路桥建设工程的需要,现阶段人们在原来起重机械的基础上,进行各种新型起重机械的研究。
本设计针对路桥架设过程中博格板的搬运工作要求,设计一种新型起重机械——架桥龙门起重机的液压系统,架桥龙门起重机主要由四个部分组成,即:起升机构、小车行走机构、转向机构和大车行走机构。根据这四个机构不同的工作特点、实际工况的需要以及整个液压系统的工作形式对这四个系统以及供油系统分别进行设计。通过对这四个部分分别进行系统设计计算、标准件选型、非标准件的设计绘图以及液压辅件的设计与选型,完成整个系统的设计。
