为了使在校学生的创新学分管理工作更加简单，减少有关人员的工作量和查询的方便，因此开发了B/S模式的大学生创新学分记载系统。本系统在学生创新学分记载方面，让录入人员很少的通过键盘去输入学生的有关信息，而是采用下拉菜单的方式去让录入人员去选择，这样能保证数据的规范性，让用户更加方便。学生用户可以通过本系统了解自己的创新学分情况。教师用户可以通过本系统对学生的创新学分情况惊醒查询、录入和统计。管理员可以管理学生和教师的基本信息，由于本系统是B/S模式的，因此极大的提高了本系统灵活性和方便性。
