sysvice是什么进程？

高手救救：最近发现进程中多了个名为sysvice的进程，有时开机CPU占用100％，最严重的是网速超卡。因为宿舍是用路由共享网络的，所以大家都卡。而一旦结束了，网速就恢复了正常，但是杀毒软件杀不出病毒。是不是和路由有关？具体是什么进程？是不是病毒？
附：DLink四口路由，华为ADSL猫。
