从现在理论界讨论的热点环境会计理论入手,比较现有的几种理论和各国的环境的规定,预测了未来环境会计理论的发展趋势。针对环境会计的基本理论确定我国环境会计研究方向,通过对环境会计成本的核算, 研究我国推行会计的必要性及可行性。最后,针对我国的实际情况,对环境成本会计应用存在的问题及原因做了系统研究同时提出了相关的建议。

Start with the accounting theory of hot environment that the theory circle discusses of now, the regulations of several kinds of more existing theories and environments of various countries, have predicted the development trend of the accounting theory of the environment in the future. Confirm the environmental accountant of our country studies the direction to the environmental accountant's basic theories, through checking and calculating to environmental accounting cost, study necessity and feasibility that our country pursues the accountant. Finally,
