本《施工组织设计》是指导龙升房地产开发有限公司龙景华庭3#楼工程施工的纲领性文件。编制时对项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量控制措施、安全生产保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施、推广新技术、工程技术资料管理、成本控制、材料采购以及工程回访等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文件。
本次设计主要包括以下内容：施工组织设计部分：工程量计算书、工程施工组织设计书、施工进度表、施工平面布置图，劳动力、材料、机械需要量表，安全技术措施方案。
结构验算部分：现在板、梁布置及配筋图、设计计算书及分析报告。
为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地，节约成本等条件，编制出针对性的
施工组织设计，以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设。大力推广应用新技
术、新工艺、新材料，控制工程成本，缩短工期，创建优质工程。
