I have been working as a support engineer in XXX company. My responsibility is to help our customers in resolving their problems. To be specific, I do system analysis, troubleshooting, provide critical solutions in solving difficult issues. Meanwhile, I possess team work spirit and excellent communication skill. As a quick learner, I am responsible, hardworking and diligent in any project I undertake. With my academic background and relative working experience, I believe that I will do positive contribution. Also, self-taught is one of my characteristics.
