UC知道电脑蓝屏,无法进入XP操作系统

我的笔记本电脑是东芝
在有GOTHS装完XP后,在进入是总是出现蓝屏,并写着:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to
prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps.
Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed
hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to
make sure it properly configured and teminated. Run CHKDSK /F to
check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

我又用完整的XP安装盘安装,出现:
安装系统时"提示安装程序没有找到计算机上的硬盘驱动器,请确认驱动器已接通电源,并且
计算机的连接是正确的,同时,确认与磁盘有关的配件配置是正确的,这可能要运行制造厂商提供的诊断程序或安装程序.
安装程序无法继续,F3推出

我业出现过这种问题,但是我的好点,我是装驱动才出现这种蓝屏
所以我估计你的硬件的驱动有冲突,如果驱动没冲突,肯定
硬件本身有问题,那回去给售后维修下最好了
我也是同样 的问题啊
