get over 可以指克服（=overcome）
把...忘怀
熬过
复原，从...中恢复（=recover from a sad experience）

overcome 克服（=get over）
如，He overcame the injury to win the game.
战胜 如，This team overcame that team.
受到...的极大（消极的）影响
如，His parents were overcome with grief at the funeral.
