本设计根据工业硅电炉的型号规格，烟气的性质等工艺条件及排放标准的要求，选用布袋除尘器对5000KVA工业硅电炉产生的烟气进行净化，并对布袋除尘器的性能和结构进行了设计计算。通过选择合理的布袋除尘器的型式，反吹风频率，布袋规格等措施，优化了布袋除尘器对高温高含尘浓度粉尘的捕集效率。
设计完成了反吹风扁袋式除尘器及管道设计计算说明书一份和系统设备配置图一张、除尘器总装配图一张、及设备零件图若干张。
